Digital strategy in the projects' world

Abstract

This presentation focuses on ‘Blockchain and Project Management Emerging Uses in Construction and Beyond’ and uses blockchain as a proxy of digitalisation to discuss how it is being used in modern projects. Projects are more complex than ever and tools like blockchain and artificial intelligence increasingly play a role in engineering and plan development, supply chain management, logistics, and implementation verification processes. In a lively discussion about blockchain technologies and the future of project management, I discuss my work in digital transformation and how blockchain is supporting highly complex projects.
